Gucci Mane is being idolised by two females, this is shown by the way both of them are staring up at him. A long shot is used to demonstrate the type of lifestyle Gucci has. He has several chains on, sunglasses, grills and a smart tuxedo on. These clothes show what a typical rapper looks like, Gucci is showing off his wealth and the long shot is able to show how nice his appearance is. 'The Source' is in capital letters and bright green to stand out to a reader. Its showing off the magazine and lets the readers know its a music magazine by having a microphone in the title. The colour green symbolizes money, giving off the impression to the readers that Gucci is quite wealthy. The colours Gucci is wearing are very basic and kept to a minimal, this draws more attention to his face and the girls around him. The sell line 'Say hello to the weirdo' gives an insight on what the article will be about for the readers and question who Gucci Mane is.Gucci's name is in white and in a big font to draw attention to who he is and make the readers recognise that the main article is about him. This is similar to the Kerrang magazine as both Biffy Clyro and Gucci Mane have their names in white to draw attention to who they are. Although both Kerrang and The Source has three people on the cover, they represent different things. Gucci Mane can be seen being idolised but Biffy Clyro are giving direct mode of address to engage with the reader. The Source differs from Kerrang and Q magazine as he uses more colour. He used the colour green to emphasise his wealth whereas Kerrang and Q have used red on both covers to emphasise both Biffy Clyro and Cheryl Cole being powerful.
The layout of the Kerrang magazine is simplistic and easy to read. Most of the text is in colours that really stand out and catch your eye. The Title is the biggest thing on the page drawing attention to who the band are and making readers recognise them. The title looks like a broken mirror effect signifying they may have a rebllious side. The band's name is directly in the middle of the magazine allowing a reader to know who they are. The band uses direct mode of adress to engage wit their readers and they have serious looks which may emphasise how their music is.Several words such as 'exclusive and plus' are in white with exclamation points. This would draw a reader in and make them want to buy the magazine to find out more on the story. The sentence 'we're not doing things to please people' teases the reader about the article within the magazine, it creates intrigue and attracts the readers eye to the magazine making them want to buy it to find out more. The word 'not' is in red and stands out. The colour red represents power showing they have power to make certain decisions. Both Kerrang and The Source use colours to make the text stand out to draw in a reader to get them to buy the magazine.
Q magazine is similar to Kerrang magazine by using the same colours to draw in readers. Red is representing power just like Biffy Clyro. Cheryl Cole is by herself and this differs from the other two magazines as the others have three. Cheryl Cole's name is in bold white letters drawing attention to who she is. This is the same as what Biffy Clyro did and Gucci Mane. The colour white stands out against the backgrounds of each of the magazines making it clear who the main article will be about. This is a close up shot of Cheryl Cole, she is directly gazing into the camera showing she is confident and in control. In all three magazines, the texts are easy to read and engage a reader. In both Kerrang and Q magazine the person featuring in the main article has their name in the centre of the magazine, this is different to The Source magazine where Gucci has his name at the side of the magazine.

Wireless Festival 2013
Wireless Festival bought much delight to hundreds of Brits who turned up to see several artists performing. Wireless occured over a period of 3 days. On each of those days artists from different genres performed. This gave the opportunity for the teenagers to listen to different types of music and gain a new perspective to music. The target audience was for teenagers as the artists who peformed are very modern and have been around through this generation. Their music relates to teenagers and makes the teenagers feel as though they know the artist and have a connection with them through their music.
The location of Wireless Festival was at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This was easily accessible by going on the train then having a 20 minute walk. This would allow the target audience who are teenagers time to tweet about it or make a status to publicise the festival. The walk to the venue would allow the audience to become excited for the artists performing. Having the festival at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park was beneficial in ensuring it was highly publicised as the olympics were held at this venue. This would make Wireless Festival very talked about and gain more publicity for the event. The costs of the tickets were quite pricy. The tickets are pricy because of the artists who perfromed, as teenagers we like to make sure we see the newest artists so cost isnt an issue when it comes to seeing several artists all at once. The artists who performed were: Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Trey Songz, Rita Ora, Emeli Sande, Miguel, Kendrick Lamar, Conor Maynard, Iggy Azalea, Little Mix and many others. Those are artists who are very modern and make music that teenagers can relate to. From break-ups to going out and having a good time. Theres a mix of different genres appealing to any of the audience. Leading up to wireless there was buzz from twitter making the event become one of the most wanted festivals to go to.

Despeate Housewives Season 8 Episode 23 - Finishing The Hat
This episode is the last ever episode of Desperate Housewives. In this episode, Gaby, Lynette, Bree and Susan decide to look after Mrs Mcluskey as she is dying. Susan's daughter gave birth on Renee's wedding day. Renee gets married. The housewives of Wisteria Lane decide to play one last poker game as its the last time they'll all be together.
Desperate Housewives is a comedy-drama. It appeals to teenagers and adults, especially females. The tv show is based around married women who have formed a great friendship because they are neighbours and the show displays the life of different housewives. Women watching could relate to the different aspects of the programme. I can tell from this episode that its targeted for females as it demonstrates several different situations where the females have had to make decisions that would affect their families especially with the husbands. In one scene Lynette gets offered a job by this woman named Katherine. She contemplates taking it as it may not be the best opportunity to take as she recently got back with her husband after they split briefly. For an adult watching they may have experienced debating whether to put their career or husband first. It makes an adult watching it feel as though they can relate to the episode and relate to the situations the housewives go through.
Lynette is represented to the audience as being the smart one of the group. She is a controlling houeswife and a caring mother. Most of the time, Lynette is seen in close up shots to emphasise the emotions on her face. Her storylines during Desperate Housewives has seen her struggle through alot such as her having cancer, her husband leaving and having several kids she had to look after whilst trying to provide for them so all those emotions are captured by the camera being close on her face and aimed straight on her face. She never dresses provocatively which would subvert from who her character is. Most of the time she's dressed in trousers and a casual top which represents her being an average housewife. Being the smart one of the group she has the reputation to dress smart, think smart at all times and act rationally in all situations. Lynette throughout this episode says alot of things regarding her life. For once shes wanted to put her career first over being a housewife as she takes up a job offered to her in New York. Everything she says links back to a moment in her life and reflects who her character is. In this episode, the episode is edited to show the audience the true love between Lynette and Tom and it proves their love is strong enough to survive anything. Tom is happy about Lynettes decisions to take up the job offer. Its also edited to show how Lynette is finally happy, shes always felt as though something was missing but she realises Tom and her family are enough. In the last scene we see Lynette as an old woman in the park playing with her grand children. The audience has see Lynette throughout the seasons constantly looking after her kids so this would be no surprise to an audience but it would be funny as her family constantly grows.
Gaby is represented to the audience as being the fun one of the group. She is a mother, a wife and a former model. She moved from New York where she pursued a modelling career to go to Wisteria Lane to live a more stable lifestyle and eventually she did. Most of the time Gaby has long shots to emphasise the lavish outfits she wears. Her style represents exactly who she is. Although she is no longer a model, she still will always want to look good to remind herself of what she gave up when she quit modelling. Gaby tends to dress in clothes that show off her body to still appear 'sexy' to a male audience and it shows her wealth. When her and her husband Carlos have arguements in this episode, the shots become close-up shots to demonstrate how Gaby is, the audience can tell she genuinely cares and loves Carlos and doesnt regret any decisions she's made to be with him. Gaby says things that are funny and make the show a comedy. In this episode, the episode is edited to show Gaby's progression as a person throughout her years on the show. In the last scene the audience see Gaby genuinely happy. She has her own show talking about clothes which the audience know is a big part of Gaby's happiness, having Gaby finally have her dream comes true makes the audience feel as though they have been on Gaby's journey with her and would be truly delighted for her.
